240.0 PMO Deployment Example
All of the work done up to this point results in the Deployment Plan for the PMO. Now you need to begin the actual deployment effort. The first thing to do is to practice what the PMO will be preaching to the organization. This includes structuring your work into projects. Based on the work that needs to be accomplished and the priorities, the initial Project Charters and schedules should be produced and approved to guide the effort. Depending on the size of your organization and your PMO, many of these steps will be implemented through individual projects running under the program. Each project should have its own Project Charter and schedule.
